I am putting this recipe on our site because there are so many of us who enjoy potato chips and sweet potatoes. I found this publication while vending and reading at a psychic fair in Michigan. Natural Sweet Potato Chips Recipe - A Healthy Treat

  • 2 Small Sweet Potatoes (my favorite garnet yams)
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush. Leaving the skins on, slice the potatoes as thin as possible. Making thin rounds. Put some olive oil in a bowl. Dip the potato rounds in the olive oil. Lay potato slices on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the chips over. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Sweet potatoes are an excellent source cartenoid antioxdants and calcium. They contain vitamin A and C, thiamin and help strengthen the kidneys.
